Specific to the 4-Week Reset.

Yes. Above 30 we add an additional facilitator and adjust pricing. Up to 50 fits the venue comfortably; larger cohorts can be split across two onsite days. Email shareen@laughtercoaching.com for a custom proposal.

Hybrid attendance is supported for the virtual sessions. For the Week 1 anchor day, we strongly recommend everyone attend in person — that's where the modalities live and where the team norms are seeded. If 1–2 people genuinely can't attend, they can join a make-up onsite slot at HappiSpace within 60 days at no additional cost.

For Spark, Team Reset and Wellness Day formats, yes — Shareen travels. The 4-Week Reset is designed around the HappiSpace venue specifically because the 6 modalities (PEMF, hydrogen, red light, weighted blankets, sound, Cloud Pod) live there. If your team genuinely can't travel, talk to Shareen about a custom delivery.

Yes. Individual scores are never disclosed — only team aggregate. We use a randomised participant ID system; nobody (not HR, not the manager, not Shareen) sees individual scores. POPIA-compliant Operator Agreement available on request.

Three options. (1) Quarterly maintenance Felt Shift — 60-min booster session every 90 days, R18,500/quarter. (2) Manager 1:1 coaching for the team leader, R12K/session. (3) Re-run the programme in 6–12 months with a fresh assessment cycle.

The R125,000 is an all-in price. We don't discount the headline rate — we earn it. We do offer flexible payment terms (50% deposit on signature, 50% at Week 1) and we honour multi-team booking arrangements (2 teams within 6 months = 10% reduction on the second).
