- Deliverables (session, take-home materials, optional written report)
- Fees, deposit terms, payment terms (30 days from invoice; deposit secures date)
- Cancellation terms (sliding scale: full refund 30+ days out; deposit forfeit 14-29 days; 50% 7-13 days; 100% under 7)
- Confidentiality, IP, photography consent
- Indemnity, force majeure, governing law (South Africa)
- POPIA Operator Agreement (where you share employee personal information with us for session admin)
